Karo Commerce AB started in Stockholm in 2024, and the first payments for shops, cafés, restaurants and salons went through on September 1, 2026.
Somewhere between the till, the card terminal and the webshop, your evenings disappeared. One shop in Malmö was running three of those systems until Karo connected the ones they wanted to keep, inside a week, before the owners had signed. Karo is one system for your whole business, and your colleague behind the counter.
It arrives set up for how you're used to running things: the till on the device you choose, the backoffice, card payments, and a preset built for your trade, whether you run a café, a salon or a chain of stores. Closing the day takes about a minute, and the evening is yours. Vera comes with it: an AI colleague who knows your numbers, your shelves and your regulars, spots what needs doing and prepares it, from a stock transfer to a new price. Nothing happens until you say yes.
Karo is new, and the team behind her is small on purpose. Your requests go straight to the people who build it, and each one gets a real answer within days. When something breaks, we fix it and follow up with you ourselves. Over 60 registered counters run on Karo today, and one customer has already brought us two more.

The first business to sign with Karo chose a five-year agreement. Every customer gets the terms in writing before signing, and you can export your sales, your stock and your customer list whenever you want, so they're yours whatever happens.
Yes, 10–16 on Saturdays and Sundays, and 08–18 on weekdays. Vera is in the app day and night, and if your business needs someone on call outside those hours, that goes into your agreement.
